Cookies and local storage keep information in your browser. ShopVavus uses one first-party cookie, sv_privacy, to remember your statistics choice, the notice version, and when you made that choice. It expires after 180 days. It is not a visitor identifier. We do not use local storage.

The site processes network requests to display pages, deliver manuals, and submit forms. Server-side security controls use IP addresses and submission times to limit repeated requests. These controls do not require a cookie or local storage in your browser.
The preference cookie remembers a choice you make. The security check runs separately from optional statistics and does not require an advertising or analytics cookie.
Only after you choose Allow private statistics do we count known page views, successfully sent inquiries, and manuals served. Our servers derive a country code from the request IP address and combine the counts into hourly totals. The statistics do not store your IP address, a visitor identifier, URL query parameters, referring websites, or form contents. They are not shared with advertising services.
We count page views and actions, not unique people. A manual served means the server returned the file, not that you saved or read it. Separate operational security records are described in the Privacy Policy.
Statistics stay off until you allow them. Rejecting is available alongside accepting, and all website features remain available. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting stops future statistics collection. Earlier combined counts contain no visitor identifier and cannot be separated into your individual activity. We also keep optional statistics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Inquiry and SIM activation forms send your submitted details to our support or inquiry inbox. Clearing browser storage does not delete a message already sent. Contact us if you want to make a privacy request.
Read about your informationSupport videos open on YouTube when you follow their links. The linked site then applies its own privacy and cookie practices. Visiting our support page alone does not load an embedded YouTube player.
Your browser provides controls for site data and cookies. Its own caching, autofill, and browsing-history settings are separate from storage set by this website.
We update this notice when website storage or embedded services change. A new optional purpose will require a new choice before it runs. Clearing the preference cookie removes the saved choice; optional statistics stay off until you allow them again.
